Scope
Evaluate Time technique and cost for manufacturing engineering by implement Digital work instructions. Benefits: meet requirement from up floor up to engineering.
 

JEM: Job Element Monitor, real time dashboard with a quality assured system who shows actual method but also changes of a product or process directly, purpose to reduce training cost, raise quality, Increase profitability and stream line processes.

Prerequisite

Source from PLM(PII:s) platform to be connected to screen with input from Plant as Sensors, Scanners, PtL, AR, PLC to make sure that prerequisites are met. Also a benefit to be used by plant Quality organisation to find deviation on part and address deviation directly, will also allow us to take data driven decisions. 

System is transparent and global so that everyone can see real time cases, by this we can solve issues and bottle necks quicker than today.

Your contribution is our future

We see that you are a student within automation or process engineering/development.

This task would be connected to the Digital Strategy work. And consists of a current state analysis of all deliverables from our part of the organization and a suggest a work procedure for reaching av vision against Department - 81414  Final Assembly Business Development.

Duration

20 weeks during spring of 2023 with a flexible starting date and to be agreed.
