Your contribution to something big

During your internship at the department for International Technical Support and Training you will get a broad insight into project management, training, and technical support. The focus will be set on your skills and your field of interest. That gives you the chance to drive your own topics.

• Active contribution in developing processes, with special emphasis on bridging together technical support and quality management
• Maintain our internal 3rd level support ticketing system
• Take part of the department’s improvement and development activities
• Active support in the department’s market communication

6 months internship - start date in March 2023

What distinguishes you

• Currently studying (Bachelor or Master level or higher
  vocational education with technical relevance)
• Optimistic attitude, innovative spirit, and good communication skills
• Social competence, the endurance to follow up tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a team
• Ability to work independently and a structured and well-organized way of working, with a strong sense of taking own initiatives
• Already gathered some previous work experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat DC
• Knowledge in SAP would be a plus
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
