This is what you will do
Lantmännen Biorefineries is a part of the Lantmännen Energy Sector and consists of four business units: Agroetanol in Norrköping (the only large scale biorefinery in Sweden), Reppe in Lidköping, Oats in Kimstad and Functional Foods. Together, we are the largest national producer of grain-based ethanol and one of the largest producers of spirits, feed and food ingredients. Biorefineries is also investing heavily in new product lines to further develop our business. This setting has resulted in a need for a more business-oriented approach and the aim is to create a process driven IT organization that works close to the business. Our ambition and goal is to take active ownership and responsibility to support our core business processes with appropriate and cost-efficient IT solutions and support.

Lantmännen Biorefineries is in progress with implementing Infor M3 as the common ERP system in the group. You will as M3 Solution Specialist have a key role in the future development based on business needs and suggesting further solutions. As part of the role, you will have solution responsibility across the different business process areas and functional streams, both in projects and in maintenance. You will also contribute to the future roadmap for the Business Platform and coordinate life cycle activities and maintenance plans.

From a Business Platform perspective, you will cooperate with Lantmännen Group IT and external partners in solution related matters and ensure that proposed solutions fit into the IT and system landscape. This includes driving and planning for continuous improvements in collaboration with the business.

The position is located at our site Agroetanol in Norrköping or at Lantmännen’s Head Office in Stockholm. You will be reporting to Head of IT and Process Development.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Experience in Infor M3 and working in implementation projects and/or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of business processes from Production and Supply Chain. Experience from process industry is considered as a plus.
  • Experience from application integration within the platform and with external parties is beneficial.
  • Knowledge in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Relevant Academic Degree in IT or Business.

You are:

  • Communicative, with the ability to communicate with multiple clients, both internally and externally.
  • Driven and result oriented, with the ability to drive efficiencies and improvements to the platform solution based on requirements from the business.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize resources and tasks.
  • Analytical and problem solving, with the ability to see the causes to problems and actively recommend efficient and viable solutions to solve these.
  • Trustworthy, where you deliver consistently according to agreed objectives.
