Kvalifikationer
Minimum of a high school education or similar
Minimum of 3 years of Service Desk first line experience
Experience of working in and knowledge of IT support processes
Skilled in the Microsoft end-user environment
Basic understanding of Microsoft service software and related operation server management tools
Understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions is a plus
ITIL foundation v3 Certificate
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken

Job Description
We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Service Desk Technician to our customer in Gothenburg. The Service Desk Technician will be responsible for delivering 1st contact support to the global organization from the GBS organization. The areas of support include IT, infrastructure and application support as well as GBS-related finance and HR support.
The daily tasks include, but are not limited to: Ensure that the global policies, processes and procedures are followed.
Proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Actively participate in building and maintaining knowledge base articles related to the end user support. Take ownership of the support tickets generated. Adhere to the ways of working and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in the underlying data and information as well as timely and relevant communication with the end users.

To enojy in the role as Service Desk Technician, you need to provide excellent customer service and act with a “customer at heart” attitude who always acknowledge the user’s needs. You also work in an organised and structure way, are proactive and understand businesses. Furthermore, you are a flexible team player with a "can do" attitude and have great problem solving skills.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full-time, office hours. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and to run until 14-may-2023, with possible extension after end date.
