As of today, we have online sales for private customers in several European countries as well as in the US. We’ve offered the unique car subscription Care by Volvo exclusively online with exceptional results. This means that our fleet is growing, which puts great demand on rapidly scaling the team and our capabilities.
The Fulfillment and Fleet Management product cluster's purpose is to create a great, transparent, and seamless experience for customers waiting to get their car delivered, and to provide great experiences for our operations teams and Care by Volvo customers. The Fulfillment product sub-cluster aims to get the car and any other products customers are buying or subscribing to delivered as soon and smoothly as possible.

It is a shift from a wholesale business model to a consumer business model with a global omnichannel customer experience at the center of success. We are also on a mission toward a fully electric car company that will radically change the way we service cars.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the product strategy of the car registration service which empowers markets to do car pre-registration, car registration, and create legal documents.
What you’ll do?
You will work closely with your engineering manager and UX designer to develop effective solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. You play a key role in building the product team and making sure the strategy and the roadmap are aligned with organizational objectives.
We look for product managers that are not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results.
This position is an individual contributor role. You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.
Fulfillment and Fleet Management cluster is playing a key role in Volvo Cars streamlining the vehicle ordering process in a highly complex business environment. The transformation to online sales and having direct-to-consumer relationships will require us to fulfill a vehicle and provide an end-to-end post-purchase experience. The Product Manager will be responsible to build products for our customers and customer care agents to have a smooth experience in case of repair, maintenance, or tire replacement needs.
You and your skills:
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
3 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
Location: Gothenburg (preferred), Stockholm / Sweden
