We are looking for a new colleague as Scrum Master in Internal Perception. 
Internal Perception is a part of Interior Trim & Systems department consisting of approximately 130 engineers organized into groups developing components and functions within the following areas: Internal Perception, Roof Zone Module, Interior Light, Floor systems, Compartment Trim, Overhead system, Police & Customized cars, Accessories and Interior Rear Trim. Internal Perceptions main focus is Detection of persons within the car.

You will work closely with our teams to ensure the value flow and optimize collaboration and output efficiency for 2-3 teams. As Scrum master you facilitate the scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospective, refinement as well as supporting the team in risk mitigation and resolving impediments. As a leader you have high focus on coaching in team collaboration and development and helping the team to unleash its full skill set. You will work closely with the other Scrum Masters and RTE’s in our ART. You will be a part of the trio Team Manager-Product Owner-Scrum Master to nurture empowered teams.
 

You and your skills
You are a technically oriented person with a passion for developing people and teams. You enjoy being part of a team, yet you eagerly take a leadership role to guide the team to reach its full potential. You thrive in working in a collaborative environment and building networks across the organization and you are a driven self-motivated person who wants to see results in your own work as well as the teams’.

The qualifications that you bring in are an academic background as B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or similar with experience from industry SW development projects and you have minimum 5 years of experience within the Automotive Sector. You have deep knowledge in agile methods and communication skills to bring this mindset to your teams. As we are a truly international team, we see you have excellent English skills being fluent both verbally and in writing. Meritorious is certification as Scrum Master and previous experience of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Driver license valid in Sweden.
