You will be part of our Customer Care and Support Cluster located within Global Omni-channel Experience (GOX), You will be the champion of execution and responsible for optimizing the flow of value through the Cluster and beyond while helping us transform into a modern software driven product company.

We are now searching for a Catalyst coaching the Cluster and supporting the transformation of GOX.


You will continuously figure out what we can and should improve to set the Cluster, GOX and Volvo Cars up for success. Working across culture, way of working, organizational health, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety and other key areas, you will push us forward and catalyze improvement together with your peers, helping our organization provide the best, possible environment for our teams and individuals to thrive in to deliver as much value as possible.

Specifically, you will improve delivery speed through predictability, operational excellence and overall cluster health.

You and your skills

You have experience working with delivery, flow, strategic execution and enabling effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be a servant leader with intent based leadership skills. You have previous experience of leading people and are passionate about developing others, empowering people and teams and you embrace an open mindset and culture.
