We now have a very exciting opportunity to join our Learning Development team as Learning Expert - Business Partner reporting to the Head of Learning Development.

This Learning Expert – Business Partner role will work in close liaison across teams within Global Learning and Leadership Development with excellent opportunities to be an integral part in shaping this journey!
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be securing that we have a business and quality-oriented approach to our way of working, and our central offer is in line with the set strategic approach within the field of Learning & Development for Volvo Cars. You do this in close collaboration with our business function and a broad network of employees working in adjacent areas and through external insights. You will play a critical role as key partner for learning across Volvo Cars. More specifically, you will:

We believe you have a solid professional experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-scaling company where you are recognized for your portfolio management skills. You have proven expertise in creating impact-focused relationships with internal stakeholders. You have the ability to be part of many teams and have the passion to deliver with and through others.
You are able to build relationships quickly, gaining trust and buy-in. You have the ability to manage multiple projects at once and work flexibly in order to respond to changing priorities.
You will have knowledge of learning theories, instructional design and new suitable technology of learning methods, and you eager to update yourself on the latest learning trends. You have experience working across cultures and with global teams. This role requires you to be fluent in English, spoken and written.

As a person, you are a self-managed high performer with a can-do attitude, and an Intelligent listener with the ability to capture information thoroughly, analyze it and make it impactful! You are an excellent communicator, in both face-to-face and digital environments, effective in leading workshops, discussions, and other events. You have analytical skills combined with a structured approach, and you are energized by working with people from a diverse set of backgrounds. You are also flexible and enjoy working within a changing environment, since this area is at an early phase of development.
