Your contribution to something big

• Be the appliance development lead engineer in the project, meaning - Be the Interface between the project and development engineers with overview. Break down and track tasks considering requirements, timeline, and priority.                 
• Manage requirement engineering (RE) and link RE to fulfillment and verification. 
• Create timeline planning and testing planning.
• Prepare function descriptions and collaborate with software development.
• Perform function testing of heat pumps at appliance and system level.
• Contribute to testing and development team development , 
• Enhance team competence in tools & methods and documentation.
• Strive for development improvement by collaborating with other teams,  and supervising master thesis and internship students.                     

What distinguishes you

Education:

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (master’s degree or above preferred)

Technical skills required:

• Some years of engineer experience in product development
• Knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and thermodynamics
• Experience in appliance/component function testing  

Technical skills preferred:

• Proficiency with Jira and Agile
• Experience in handling engineering requirement and verification
• Experience in modeling and simulation

Personal skills

• Structured with good coordination skills
• Able to work independently with initiative mindset
• Able to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
