IT Solution Specialist ServiceNow i Stockholm

This is what you will do

In the role as IT Solution Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop, administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and act as solution architect. You will also ensure compliance with relevant processes, methods and tools. You secure that the architecture reflects consumer needs and that the technology is up to date.

In this position you will belong to IT Infrastructure & Operations and more specifically the Operations and Security team. You will report to Manager IT Operations and Security and be part of a team of 8 people. This position is located at Lantmännen office in Stockholm or Malmö. Occasional travel between our offices in Malmö and Stockholm is to be expected.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Experience working in a cross-functional environment where you navigate across multiple stakeholders on the business and IT side.
• Deep knowledge and experience of ServiceNow platform. Primarily IT Service Management and CSDM, including an understanding of web development technologies, integrations and infrastructure used in ServiceNow.
• The ability to develop, translate and articulate business needs.
• A couple of years of experience working with IT or system administration.
• Experience working with an agile methodology.
