Job Description

Project Manager
Are you ready for the next step in your career? Lantmännen Group IT is currently on a change journey where we are building competency inhouse and we now have an opportunity for two Project Managers to join our global organization. This is what you will do
As Project Manager you will drive IT projects end-to-end and provide expert knowledge in project management to the entire organization. You will lead project groups to ensure delivery of IT projects at the right time, to the right level of quality and at the right cost. You will manage issues, change request processes, scope and risk management in the project. You will also ensure that Lantmännen’s project methodology, processes and tools are used throughout the project journey.

The projects will be run within our business areas and may vary in both scope and size, and may include areas such as Infrastructure & Operations, Security, Digital Solutions and ERP.

You will be part of the IT Project Management Office and report to Head of IT Project Management Office. The position is located either in our head office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm or our new office in central of Malmö. Travel, primarily in the Nordic countries, is included in the position depending on the scope of the project.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • An academic degree in Economics, Engineering or other relevant area
  • A few years experience of IT Project management.
  • Experience of independently managing IT projects, having completed IT Projects end-to-end.
  • Strong Communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Experience with agile methodology and/or Infrastructure & Operations is meritable.

  • Communicative and able to adjust your style and delivery to various audiences.
