Do you have solid and broad experience of working with sustainability, with a special focus on sustainability reporting? If yes, you have the unique opportunity to become our next colleague as we are looking for a Senior Sustainability Manager for Lantmännen’s Group Function Sustainable Development. You will play a key role in the ongoing rapid development within sustainable business development in Lantmännen.

This is what you will do

As a Senior Sustainability Manager, you will play a key role in the corporate function with a responsibility for coordination of our work concerning sustainable development within the Lantmännen Group. This work aims to secure and strengthen Lantmännen’s strong position and contribute to both short- and long-term business benefit. You will continuously be responsible for, and involved in, sustainability related projects within different parts of the organisation and be a part of internal center of excellence and strategic support to the businesses within the Lantmännen Group.

In this position you will have the important role as an internal expert on sustainability reporting and lead the work with producing Lantmännens annual sustainability report. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing processes and tools as well as implementing them into relevant business areas. You will play a key role to develop Lantmännens reporting and processes to be compliant to the upcoming new legislation in the area in close cooperation with Corporate Group Finance and Treasury.

The position is based at Lantmännen’s headquarters in Stadshagen, Stockholm. You will report to the Director Sustainable Development.

This is what you need to succeed

You have :

• + 7 years’ experience from sustainability work in larger organisations (internal or from the consultancy side)

• Deep experience from sustainability reporting and knowledge of legal requirements

• Experience of relevant systems and tools within sustainability reporting/monitoring

• An academic degree in a relevant field

• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, written and oral

• Preferably experience from the food and/or agriculture sector.

You are:

• a communicative relationship builder with experience of managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally

• an experienced project manager with good ability to organize, plan and prioritize

• a person with drive and perseverance

• a good team player. You contribute with knowledge within the group with a pedagogical and coaching approach.
