The product team “Consolidation, planning & analysis” is a part of our Corporate Cluster in the Digital Finance area, responsible for the system platform, functionality and technical support, and supports the consolidation process for group reporting.

Our mission is to provide accurate and timely external statutory reports and give management relevant data for analysis and making good choices.  As one of our new Engineering Managers you will guide one of our product teams focusing on our new platform OneStream in the implementation journey and further on.

You could be based in our office in Gothenburg, Stockholm or Lund. 
 

What you’ll do  

You will guide and grow a team of hardworking engineers and technicians through hiring, mentoring, inspiring and feedback. You will ensure, through streamlined execution and experimentation, that our solutions meet the needs of our customers quickly and accurately. You will be the voice of engineering in the Product team through a friendly and effective collaboration with your product counterpart.  

Moreover, you will advocate and strengthen a modern and agile software development, and assist us in developing and fostering good engineering practices. You will ensure the solutions are scalable, sustainable and architecturally sound. You will make sure that technical debt is both incurred consciously and repaid in a reasonable time. You will collaborate with other engineering leaders across the organization. 

What you’ll bring 

We believe that you have experience of working with Finance solutions and it is meritorious if you have worked with consolidation products, i.e. HFM, Cognos controller or OneStream. You enjoy to coach, develop, inspire and grow an engineering team, and have previous experience doing so, and you know what it takes to build a phenomenal team.  

You are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about modern software development and building products our customers enjoy. You are excited about digital technologies and willing to work hands-on to try new technologies. You are good at leveraging vendor capability for the team’s delivery.

Finally, you are someone that fully embraces a growth mindset, and you have the ability to encourage others to do the same. You are someone who likes to have fun at work and makes sure everyone always feels welcome and included!
