Be part of leading the Student Programs and Talent Attraction to the next level. We are now looking for a manager to lead our talent programs & attraction team. Today the team consists of team members responsible for our student programs, integration and competence projects in Gothenburg, talent attraction and events, and recruitment for our programs. The team sits within our wider Talent Acquisition team, and you will report to our Head of talent acquisition.    


You will be responsible for lifting our team to new levels of global and local impact regarding student programs, strategic talent attraction and other aspects of the team's mission. In this role you will also work with employer branding. How and on what level is today flexible based on who we end up filling this position with. 


What you’ll do:  

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for our talent programs, the recruitment of these programs and talent attraction

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional development  

  • Together with our program managers, develop and implement a strategic plan for student programs to increase local and global impact

  • Together with our talent attraction specialist, develop and implement a strategic plan for events and other initiatives related to employer branding to increase global and local impact

  • Together with our program recruiters, develop and implement competency-based hiring that is high in both validity and efficiency in our various programs

  • Identifying efficient ways of working together as a team and leading the team as one cohesive unit

  • Working closely together with the rest of the Talent Acquisition Management team to ensure alignment of initiatives and resource planning


What you’ll bring:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field  

  • A couple of years of experience in and passion for managing student programs 

  • Experience in building and leading a high-performing team that delivers great results 

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives in a global environment 

  • Understanding of employer branding and interest in initiatives

You are able to use your strategic mindset to optimize the programs as well as highlight the value for the business and people that are participating in them. 

We are basing decisions on data and your strong analytical ability will be highly appreciated together with your problem-solving skills when looking for new innovative solutions and ways of working. Together with the willingness to coach and support you will contribute to organizational development within this area.
