Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee for the Fall semester within Business or Marketing, with great interest in health!

The Trainee will gain insights into the companies marketing and business, content strategy and execution as part of the brand strategy. The person in this role will support the Regional Marketing Team in creating valuable content and activations that will help the team articulate our brand position in powerful and creative ways both internally and externally.

Your task will include, amongst others:

- Assist in Market intelligence such as market share, market value, market trends and benchmarking vs other markets
- Help in developing marketing plans and strategies bases in market intelligence insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target markets and customer segments
- Assist in planning, scheduling and implementing omni-channel activities
- Support of NPI launch

Our customer is a multinational company from the USA that operates in pharmaceuticals, health care and medical equipment. They are located in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Helsingborg.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Business, Marketing and/or Economics.
- Creative background, in writing or ideation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a self-starter.
- A positive attitude with good organizational skills.
- An interest in the learning more about the healthcare industry.

Admission and Application
The Trainee is expected to work 3 days per week (office hours) from the 4th of September until 31st December 2023. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client at their office in Solna, Stockholm.
