Job Description

Do you want to be part of an exciting journey? Lantmännen IT is currently on a change journey where we are moving towards more specialized competence centers and building new competencies in-house. This is your chance to join us as Digital Workplace Platform Manager and contribute to our mission to enable Lantmännen to use digital workplace solutions in efficient and inclusive ways.

This is what you will do

As the Digital Workplace Platform Manager, you will be the tech lead for the Digital Workplace domain. You will be responsible for overseeing the stability and security of our Digital Workplace services like Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, IAM, Print, virtual applications and endpoint management. You'll collaborate with service partners and IT Solution Specialists, assisting them in resolving recurring incidents, managing changes and service requests across the entire platform as well as keeping ITSM documentation in ServiceNow up to date.

Your role also involves implementing and managing Lantmännen Security and compliance solutions within the Digital Workplace domain. You'll stay updated on technical advancements and new technologies in the digital workplace areas by monitoring supplier roadmaps, seminars, and updates, particularly from Microsoft.

Additionally, you may serve as a 3rd line escalation in problem, incident, and change processes, providing technical leadership and expertise in areas such as Microsoft Defender suite, Intune device management and Microsoft 365 configurations.

As Platform Manager you will have the chance to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as IT Solution Specialists, HR and other supporting functions engaging in cross-functional teamwork. You will play a vital role to drive internal digitalization at Lantmännen, with a strong emphasis on DEX (Digital Employee Experience)

You will be based in Stockholm or Malmö and you will report to Manager Competence Center Digital Workplace Solutions.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Broad IT background with an understanding of IT terminology, technical domains, and ITSM processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience within the area of Microsoft 365 such as Intune, Autopilot, EM+S, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Windows 10/11, SCCM and Defender suite.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
