We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Product Owner to lead our software development team in the field of heat pump technology. You will be responsible for driving product development and ensuring that our software for heat pumps meets the needs and requirements of our internal customers within the development department. Your role will be central to our agile development process, and you will contribute to shaping our product strategy. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 

• Lead and manage the product development cycle for the application software used in heat pumps, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and planning of features and user functionality for our customers within the development department. 
• Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure that technical solutions are implemented to the highest standard and within specified timelines. 
• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for the software in heat pumps to stakeholders and the development team. 
• Collaborate closely with product management, project leaders and after sales departments to ensure successful product launches. 
• Be an important person to make sure product development projects are successfully delivered in time to the production facility and delivered in time to end customers 
   

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership roles within software development, with a focus on heat pump technology. 
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and the product lifecycle. 
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding their needs and challenges within the heat pump domain. 
• Analytical skills and experience utilizing data and user research to make informed decisions within heat pump technology. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simpler terms within the heat pump field. 
• Experience in model based development is beneficial.
