PX Specialist Comp & Ben – this is what you’ll do
Change is the new normal - creating new demands on leadership and requirements on support and governance structures. To strengthen our ability to support that direction we are growing our People Experience team within E&O with a Comp & Ben Specialist..
To be successful we believe that you through business acumen will drive results by building trust and collaborate with team members across PX and business functions.

The purpose of this role is to continuously develop and implement our global strategy, sometimes with local adaptations. The role will ensure results by building trust and collaborating with team members across PX and business functions.
You will need to be proactive, self-motivated, structured; results-oriented, and have a great personal motivation to get things done.  Your responsibilities will range from strategic plans to operational matters. You should enjoy teamwork and be prestige-less with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Curiosity and willingness to learn new things are essential as well as the capability of stepping outside the comfort zone and being challenged. Good communication skills are important to understand the importance of inspiring involvement and ownership within the organization. 


Required skills
·    Business awareness – genuine interest in the automotive/tech industries 
·    Significant interest in benchmarking tools (Comptryx, TRS, MERG) 
·    Ability to support strategic projects.  
·    Full presentation and communication skills 
·    Knowledge of Industrial relations dynamics on a global scale 
·    Strong analytics skills 
·    Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including Comp module 
·    Power BI 
·    MS Excel, PowerPoint 
·    Knowledge of SAP HCM desirable but not essential  
·    Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 
·    Highly innovative and able to operate in a diverse and change-oriented, global environments. 
·    High intercultural awareness 
·    Fluent in English and Swedish  
·    Experienced – at least 5 years working with C&B in both strategic and operational roles. 
·    Curious and solution oriented with a wide view to problem solving. 
·    Experience from (change) management in a large, complex organization desirable to be successful.
