e-Boks is an online digital mailbox for both private individuals and companies. e-Boks is used for e.g. two-way communication, digital signatures and online payment, users also have the option of saving their own documents and images through uploading. In 2018, e-Boks had more than 16 million users and 30,000 private and public sender companies globally. 485 million documents were delivered through e-Boks in 2018, and 4.1 million digital signatures were made via the platform. Used on Android, iOS and Windows Phone, we also have a mobile website.

You are employed as a customer service employee. In this position, you must process incoming questions per phone, chat and e-mail.
The goal is to find solutions to customers' problems, guide them in a professional manner and, most importantly, provide them with an excellent customer experience.
The opening hours for customer service are Monday-Friday 8:00-20:00 Saturday-Sunday 10:00-18:45 local Norwegian time. The work shifts will thus consist of daytime, evening and weekend. The service starts with a paid training, where you learn both the technical side of the work and how to offer the best customer service.
