IT Service Delivery Manager for Content Management Platform and UX/UI

Atea is undergoing a major digital transformation and Atea Digital Services (ADS, our Group IT function) is driving this change. We are recruiting a Service Delivery Manager to take the responsibility of the Content Management Platform and UX/UI areas used in the group. Atea is on the journey of harmonizing business processes and supporting systems and you will be instrumental to the success of this journey. As Service Delivery Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing in ADS.

Atea Digital Services (ADS) is Atea's internal IT department and acts as a strategic business partner and a natural enabler in Atea's digitalization journey. You are offered a developing role among colleagues who help and support each other. Within ADS, we work across national borders and support Atea's entire organization. We are present in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic States.

 Main area of responsibilities

• Driving the technical development of the group Content Management Platform.
• Driving the UX / UI area for the customer facing solutions.
• Responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts, Developers and UX specialists.
• Business stakeholder management, working closely with business stakeholders as well as Service Delivery Managers for portfolios at Atea Digital Services
• Vendor management
• Cost control and budget management to ensure a service is delivered at a competitive cost.

 

This is what we are looking for in You

We are looking for you who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in working as a Service Delivery Manager in the IT area and have experience from driving the UX journey with the business stakeholders . It is important that you have experience from effectively developing, communicating and implementing strategic objectives. You are used to and feel comfortable leading international distributed teams and your colleagues describe you as a motivating leader.

To be successful you need good understanding of communication platforms and UX, good communication skills and excellent in stakeholder management. You will collaborate with colleagues in all our countries, so you need to be fluent in English both in spoken and written.
