Your future role

As a System Manager at Sweco IT

You will for example:

• Proactively maintain applications and work with continuous improvements  
• Coordinate and test changes according to our change mgmt. routines
• Cooperate with system owners regarding operational issues, new requirements, and user feedback
• User support, tickets, and problem management
• Plan and lead meetings
• Work together with our colleagues to strengthen and improve our internal work

The one we’re looking for – is it you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management
• Proven experience managing the IT service lifecycle, including roadmap, strategy, requirements, and operations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical issues
• Technical experience of administrating applications
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and fileserver structures

As Sweco IT is a global function, your primary working language will be English, both orally and in writing.

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
