Sales Support Specialist i Kista

Arbetsbeskrivning:

As our Sales Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that company administration processes are performed promptly and delivered with consistent quality.

We offer a pleasant workplace, a friendly work team, a laptop and mobile phone for private use, occasional home office and personal development opportunities in a promising technical field.

You will work closely with our clients and communicate with them via phone / e-mail and provide them with support and updates on their order status. You will also communicate with other departments to be able to further support our clients. You will update company lists and overviews, read / proofread manuals and data sheets.

You should be patient and be able to communicate effectively. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, excellent English and Swedish, a positive attitude towards remote customers.
