We are looking for a System Responsible for our PLM- (Product Lifecycle Management) system Castor. As a System Responsible you are the leader of an organization with approximately 60 members in a very good working environment. The organization is divided in one platform team and four agile scrum teams, each with a Team lead, that focus on support, maintenance and business improvements.

As a System Responsible you have the overall responsibility for the whole Castor maintenance area and report to the IT Service Responsible (ISR). The main focus is to ensure that the Castor system is meeting the business and security requirements and that those are fully documented. You are responsible for the System Area delivery by guiding, supporting and following up effectively.  Another part of the role is guiding and coaching the Team Leads. You support them and help them develop themselves in their roles.  This requires that you have a genuine interest in people as a leader.

Your responsibilities

The job of an System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Together with ISR be responsible for the overall dialogue with our business
- Work close together with the rest of the Delivery Area Management and the Area Architects
- Responsible for creating and update the maintenance plan which contain the strategic goals for the coming year
- Plan, coordinate and follow up releases and deliveries from the maintenance area
- Collaborate with other areas within IT to assure your delivery
- Delivery- and budget responsible towards the business
- Responsible for working methods and to identify improvement needs for increased quality
- Report and inform status to stakeholders
- Be responsible for the operational relationship and follow up with external vendors, as well as other parts of the IT-department

Your skills

- You have minimum 4 years of proven leadership skills both through own responsibilities and by leading others
- Strategic and tactical mindset with an ability to make changes in practice
- Good communication skills, both in Swedish and in English
- Understanding and having an interest in the business and technical aspects
- Experience of IT Maintenance management and budget responsibility
- Have a solid toolbox of techniques for delivery planning, risk, stakeholder and capacity management
- Experience leading a development team as a Scrum Master

It is an advantage if you have experience in working with external suppliers and offshore team.

Some travels to our offshore vendors are to be expected.
