SEO Specialist for H&M New Business, New project
Are you motivated by being a part of a fast-paced and changing start up environment?
 
H&M New business group currently consist of six separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday and H&M Home. Our brands are facing rapid expansion and on top of this we are also actively working with various development projects to add new businesses to the New Business portfolio. Are you willing to be a key player for one of the most challenging projects ever made within the group?

We are searching for a team member who is driven, enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment, socially competent, humble, flexible, independent, creative, enjoy working strategically as well as tactical.
 
Overall role
The SEO Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of SEO strategies. The position continually monitors and measures the implementation of the SEO strategy and works closely with business owners/managers as well as cross-functionally with other business teams.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Research, Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies
  • Creating and executing plans/roadmaps/strategy based on company goals, existing opportunities, and resources
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and other cross-functional departments, ensuring SEO strstegies are fully planned, integrated and executed.
  • Creates efficient processes and demonstrates effective project management to drive execution of initiatives
     
    To be successful in this role you:
     
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
  • The ability to design and successfully execute creative digital marketing strategies
  • A clear understanding of SEO copywriting and the ability to execute a comprehensive integrated content strategy
  • Effectively distinguish between on-page and off-page strategies while clearly executing (independently and in relation to one another)
  • A strong, results-orientation approach
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • HTML, CSS: Able to modify and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ)
  • An understanding of how to properly conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, and other industry standard platforms
  • Experience of SEO tools such as Majestic, Ahrefs, Search Metrics, Rang Ranger or similar products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail attentive and well organized
  • Implementing testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creative, landing page messaging, landing page layout, audience segmentation.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
