About the position and the team

We are now looking for a System Specialist and Information Curator for our HR data and stored in our common data platform (ODP). You will be part of our Business Systems HR IT team and work closely with the HR information owners and Data Stewards and the IT delivery team as well as other Information Governance teams. The team is virtual and you will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager for HR solutions.

You will be involved in determining best practices for working with HR data, ensure that HR data is collected and governed across the organisation. You will be involved in projects as well as application runtime management and solution improvement activities. Your role is to secure that the use of HR data in Atea group is compliant with the decided rules and correctly classified and that access to HR data is controlled. In this role you will work with all Atea group units in the Nordics and Baltics. You will contribute to the implementation to information governance at Atea in general and help to orchestrate the domain strategy in the HR domain. You will also participate in projects where your knowledge about HR data and how to access will be crucial for the project success.

Main area for the role responsibilities in the HR domain 

• Responsible for the data governance aspects  
• Orchestrate the whole domain strategy and coordinate the HR domain data council  
• Advocate Data sharing and cross alignment 
• Produce business glossary and common (language) definitions, valid values, attribute and relationships 
• Develop entity information models 
• Identify and classify information entities including segmentation on entity structure to identify need of governance. 
• Gather and qualify business requirements for the entity 
• Define requirements on the solution portfolio landscape, city maps and plans 
• Document and communicate approved entity definition and related information 
• Collaborate with data stewards and support projects with entity knowledge and directions. 
• Produces and shares KPIs for monitoring ongoing initiatives, using data visualisation tools

• You have an BSc in IT or similar. 
• Analytical with the ability to understand how HR data is used.

• Fluet in English, both speaking and in writing.
