About the Role:

Join our team at Volvo Cars Connected Experience (ConX) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive software. As an Integration & Release Leader, you will:

• Be at the forefront of automotive technology, working with innovative software in the electric automotive sector.
• Gain unique insights by interfacing with a wide range of stakeholders, enhancing your professional network.
• Report directly to the eART Solution & Integration Department Manager, offering visibility and opportunities for leadership growth.
• Work on a specific car platform while also collaborating across different teams, broadening your expertise.
• Strategically manage software integration and release plans for our Connected Experience platform, focusing on key deadlines and maintaining transparency.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth release of software updates, encompassing both development and testing phases.
• Contribute to the development of release notes and documentation, reflecting the collective inputs from diverse product areas.
• Analyze and address any critical issues or blockers in the release process, ensuring robust and timely solutions.
• Balance the requirements of testing and infrastructure capacity within the integration and release plans.
• Engage in detailed fault analysis to enhance software quality and performance.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Individuals with a solid background in software development, testing, continuous integration, and a commitment to software quality.
• A passion for automotive engineering, particularly in the electrical domain.

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Master’s or Bachelor’s).
