About the role
In this role you will refine & design the end to end experience for our customer care agents who are using a Salesforce solution to handle calls, chats and cases.
As a Salesforce UX designer, you will work closely with a specific team in Customer Care, to handle, iterate and optimize part of our salesforce solution that supports Customer Care Agents. The focus of the team is to improve a set of specific features that our internal agents use daily. As a designer you will work together with a Product and Engineering counterpart to define the roadmap and ways of working of the team, as well as support the developers to bring your designs into life.
