 About Us

 Within Engineering, we need to support the organization to comply towards new standards and requirements in our development processes and documentations.

 In dialogue with internal network and authorities we need to secure Internal and External audits to secure compliance

What you'll do

• Coordinate, plan and execute Engineering Internal audits - including follow-up of identified deviations - covering all regulations & standards (except ISO 9001 and ISO 14000) affecting
  Engineering specific processes.
  Includes coordination and collaboration with Central Q regarding planned Engineering
  ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 audits.
• Lead the “Engineering Global Core Team for Internal and External Audits” covering all regulations & standards except ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 in order to secure compliance.
• Collaborate with and support Product Regulation Compliance and Homologation organizations when/ if needed in certification activities regarding Engineering internal processes.
• Provide deep knowledge and consequence awareness in the dialog with certification authorities and when ordering audit services used for different matters.
• Support process owners in analyzing new or updated regulations & standards regarding way-of working related requirements and documentations.
• Participate in and/or lead root cause analysis of identified deviations to improve methodology for process development, deployment activities and related trainings.
• Plan, coordinate and execute identified and necessary trainings.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in Volvo Cars or Automotive experience
• 5+ years of experience within internal or external Audits, certification is beneficial.
• Leadership skills to set up a governance team and network to ensure audit capabilities and competence in required areas.
• Experience from leading investigations and improvement initiatives
• Experience in leading team and structured planning
• Technical university degree (or equivalent knowledge from practical experience).
