Our Safe Vehicle Automation department is a vibrant community of 160 engineers dedicated to building the next generation of active safety and autonomous driving platforms. As part of our Agile Release Train, you'll contribute to developing cutting-edge sensor and software platforms, including LIDARs, ultrasonic sensors, cameras, and radars, for functionalities like collision avoidance, automatic parking, and autonomous driving.

 

The Role:

 

We're looking for an engineer with a background in Analysis & Verification (A&V) to join our Lidar Sensor team. In this role, you'll:

 

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery and quality of sensors for our vehicles.
  • Engage in diverse tasks such as test case development, performance data analysis, software testing, integration, test documentation, and fault tracing.
  • Work in both lab and real-world environments, enhancing our test automation and continuous integration processes.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proficiency in Matlab, with experience in Python, C/C++, or C# and knowledge of Ethernet and communication protocols being beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR and ISO26262 standards.
  • A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in setting up CI infrastructure and a track record of contributing to market products are advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
