Now we're looking for a SAP Release Manager to own and lead our release and deployment processes connected to our SAP landscape. We have a cross wide SAP implementation and are currently implementing SAP S/4 to support the majority of our business processes.

You will be responsible for:

• Owner of the release and change management process for the SAP landscape at Coop
  
• Develop release schedules and timelines considering project dependencies and resource availability
  
• Implement and enforce change management processes to ensure that all changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documente
  
• Ensure that all released SAP software meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements and oversee the deployment of SAP releases into production environments
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of release plans with organizational goals and facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams and with CAB
  
• Identify potential risks and issues related to releases and work towards making continuous improvements in the release process.
  

The position is permanent with a 6-month probationary period starting by agreement. Working from home or at the office? We usually say "team over individual" and expect you to be at the office when needed, plain and simple.

Kvalifikationer

To be successful in the role, we would like you to have the following:

• Have knowledge of SAP software modules, architecture and integration capabilities. Experience working with various SAP products (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PO)
  
• Have proven experience in release management or software deployment roles, preferably within an SAP environment
  
• Have experience with release management tools and methodologies and understand change management principles and practices
  
• Have experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in SAP and release management practices. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
