Pincho Nation is one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the Nordics with over 80 restaurants. This fall we are opening a flag ship restaurant in the heart of Kiel at Holstenbrücke 1-7. We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to spearhead this launch and play a pivotal role in our expansion into Germany.

Your Role:

You will collaborate closely with our headquarters in Gothenburg to ensure a successful launch in Germany. This will include a comprehensive training phase starting in Sweden and Denmark to familiarize you with our operations and standards. As a crucial member of our launch team, you will help set the standard for excellence, ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction.
