As part of our tradition, Tele2 is looking for exceptionally motivated candidates to join the Executive Trainee Program, starting summer 2017.

As an Executive Trainee you will work closely with a Leadership Team member, assisting in their daily work for twelve months. By this, you will have a challenging and stimulating work environment with the opportunity to create a strong foundation for a successful future career within Tele2 (or another Kinnevik company).

We are currently looking for trainees for the following Leadership Team members:

Group President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Group Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Group EVP Strategy & Business Developement
Sweden President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Executive Trainees will be recruited and located in Stockholm.

Requirements:

Personality:

– Self-driven initiator
– Hard-working
– Flexible

– Cost conscious
– Non-prestigious/humble

Qualifications/skills:

– Degree in Business and/or Engineering
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

– International experience, e.g. exchange semesters

– Professional experience, e.g. internships
– Entrepreneurial experience
– Leadership experience
– Experience from relevant extracurricular activities such as student associations
