In your role you are planning and driving your work within requirements, collecting and documenting business needs. Your responsibilities
The job as a Requirements Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:


-    Plan and operate requirements work in collaboration with the business and with your team
-    Assist the business to understand the impact of requirements, and to prioritize between these
-    Capture, clarify, question and document requirements
-    Analyzing requirements based on business objectives and IT strategy
-    Facilitating workshops
-    Communicate with stakeholders about needs and solutions
-    Run meetings for estimating and planning requirements with stakeholders

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:


-    At least 3 years of experience in working with the requirements of business and IT
-    Experience of documenting requirements and practical experience in writing Users Stories
-    Ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both at a business level and a technical level
-    Ability to adapt to how new business and IT-solutions works
-    Ability to facilitate workshops
-    Experience of working with non-functional requirements
-    Can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English


It is an advantage if you have experience of working with distributed teams and work / requirements set against a supplier and the experience of global companies. There is a plus if you also have worked with Agile and UX.


It’s qualifying to have experience of complex systems with many integrations. It’s also a plus if you have experience in Logistics / Supply Chain, SAP, ALM and Web / e-commerce.


Travels will be part of the job but no more than once a month.

The IT department is an important part of the company’s business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company’s systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers “Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way”. The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
