Frontend Prototyper for New project within H&M New Business

H&M New business group currently consist of seven separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, Monki, WEEKDAY, Cheap Monday, H&M Home and the recent launch Arket. Our brands are facing rapid expansion and on top of this we are also actively working with various development projects to add new businesses to the New Business portfolio. Are you willing to be a key player for one of the most challenging projects ever made within the group?
We are looking for
A dedicated frontend developer with a passion for design to join our digital store concept team. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of digital development processes and methods and an eye for detail.
We are developing something new, and see a big value in ownership and the ability to build both the foundation and future online store. Therefore, we see you as a flexible person who can change method or approach depending on the situation. You will also collaborate with colleagues from several functions so, we are searching for a social team member who is driven and enjoy working in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Overall role
In this role, you are at the epi-center where design meets technology. You will work in close collaboration with UX and UI design, as a team you are responsible for developing the digital store concept design and structure. Through providing technical-know how (html, css, javascript) and creating prototypes you will make the design come to life. Through detailing interactions, animations and iterating design details you will contribute strongly to our user experience.
You will work mostly in sprints and should be used to working in larger projects as well as supporting in maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
· Bridge the gap between design and development through digital prototypes
· Help create an easy-to-use framework through detailing interactions, animations and transitions
· Detail and iterate interaction design across all digital platforms
· Produce frontend prototypes based on new design concepts or improve existing flows
· Ensure that implementation is optimized for performance, usability and conversion
· Provide expertise in front-end development and collaborate with UX, UI, IT and external agencies
· Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
To be successful in this role you:
· A minimum of 2-3 years of development experience in:
o
o Javascripto
· E-commerce experience· Understanding of app development for iOS and Android
· Experience in designing for e-commerce
· Deep understanding of UX and conversion optimization
· Attention for detail and well organized
· Knowledge about different development methods, frameworks and flexible in approach
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team
· Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
