Performance Marketing Specialist to Kjell & Company

Are you passionate about digital marketing and love turning data into real business results? At Kjell & Company, we’re on a mission to make technology accessible and useful for everyone – and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us grow our e-commerce presence across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

In this role, you’ll be a key driver of traffic and conversion across our digital channels, with a clear mission to connect and convert customers both online and in-store. Your primary focus will be SEM, but you’ll also work hands-on with paid social and other performance marketing channels to support our omnichannel growth. Using data and insights, you’ll optimize campaigns to increase visibility, inspire action, and drive measurable results – whether that’s an online purchase or a visit to one of our stores.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take the lead on our performance marketing operations – planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll work closely with the E-commerce Manager to align media investments with our commercial goals, and collaborate with content, CRM, and SEO teams to ensure a full-funnel impact.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (with a strong focus on SEM).
  • Analyzing performance data and turning insights into clear actions.
  • Testing creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion.
  • Owning performance reporting and budget pacing.
  • Supporting both Kjell & Company and AV-Cables across the Nordics.

What we’re looking for:

We’re not looking for perfection – but we do value curiosity, drive, and a solid foundation in performance marketing. Ideally, you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEM and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads Manager or similar).
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics 4 and data dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, PowerBI).
  • A good understanding of customer journeys and conversion paths.
  • Experience with feed-based advertising (e.g., Google Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Fluency in Swedish (Norwegian is a plus!).
