Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Human Resources Direct Representative to provide and deliver accurate, effective and professional support of HR processes and procedures, products, terms of employment, to address the needs of the line organization, managers and employees.

This is a great opportunity for you who are about finishing your studies with a bachelor degree within the human resourcing area. During this summer, you will be a part of a supportive and fun team, working to support Ericsson’s business, manager and employees answering HR related question. You will also participate in various Human Resources delivery projects, and also track and report the status of the delivery being done.
The internship will start in June and you will work full time during the summer. The internship is in total 4 months, with a possibility to extend the contract. We will give you an onboarding program and a mentor. We welcome the opportunity to meet you!
You, as the perfect candidate:
We are looking for a person who has a capability to cooperate with others, both with your closest colleagues and also being able to answer though questions from employees of Ericsson’s. You have great communication skills, and can share information and knowledge to others. Previous experience from working at a customer support service center, or other related position facing customers is an advantage. You are flexible in your way of working and are good at finding solutions to any problems. You will work with different systems simultaneously, and therefore it is a merit if you have been working in different systems on beforehand.
