We are looking for a

Technical Product Owner

who wants to help Matas Group POS to the next level. We see great potential in leveraging these tools further at Matas Group, to enhance collaboration and elevating the overall employee experience. We currently have a project running to change the POS solution in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

About the role

In this role you will be reporting to our Head of retail IT applications in the IT Transformation and Business Applications team. You will join the team responsible for applications Warehouse system, ESL (electronic shelf label). The IT department is both located in Stockholm and Copenhagen/Allerød and we are therefore open for candidates from both countries.

Occasional travel days should be expected for 2-5 days per year.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage and optimize POS VIKING
• Provide 2nd line support for user queries and issues
• Develop and deliver POS VIKING
• Stay updated with, evaluate and plan implementation of the latest solution within POS VIKING
• Collaborate with vendors, the rest of the IT department and business stakeholders
• Participate in POS projects. We will roll out 500 tills in 3 countries

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills

• Relevant experience from a similar role
• Knowledge of POS solution
• Good documentation skills for technical and user-oriented materials
• You have a strong business understanding within the area and an interest in working in a changing organization
• You can work both alone and in teams, and can make decisions based on your analysis
• Holistically oriented, but with an understanding of the details when necessary
• You are fluent in English and/either Danish/Swedish and have a good understanding of the Nordic languages
