Job Summary:
The unit is accountable for creating end to end solutions within networks for Ericsson Radio Site System which focus on mechanics, power, thermal and interconnect. We listen to our customers worldwide and create solutions based on their needs building on the infrastructure and ready solutions already in Ericsson Product Portfolio. The unit will act proactively in the customer interface and as leader you will make room for innovation and influence the product improvement scope, providing knowledge about customer feedback. You will take lead in driving solution based development from idea to supplied products and support according to customer request

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a developer who want to take an active role in driving solution based development with focus on customer value and leverage on high energy and strong business focus. In this position, you will be a part of a dynamic team that consists of a mature team with a lot of experience in the area and You will grow into the team with knowledge but will from the start contribute with curiosity, energy and expertise from Your actual position that can add knowledge and value in existing organization.

To secure business profitability and technology leadership, you will show courage to lead a change where change management and communicative leadership will be key to success. You will, and you will also encourage others to, challenge comfort zones to always be prepared to change and adjust, when required.

The main challenge will be to keep focus on our current business, transforming our way of working, the product portfolio and at the same time move into new technically challenging areas.

As a person, you are social, curious, want to make things happen and are keen to learn and improve things. You are interested in people, have good communication skills and want to have fun at work.

Key Qualifications:
A successful candidate will be highly motivated, social and courageous. Your profile shows you as someone who:

• MSc/BSc level in Mechanical, electrical or relevant telecom area
• Likes to work in an environment where you cooperate closely in a diverse team of colleagues
• Strong result orientation and finds it stimulating to work with change management and teamwork/cooperation across the organization.
• Experience of working as a leader. Find it stimulating to work with teamwork, have a genuine interest in people and be a good communicator. You should also have the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• You have strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Can communicate with people and find it easy to explain your findings and knowledge to others.
• Wants to work in an environment focused on continuous learning.
• Business and customer focused with a high accountability to deliver results.
• Large degree of flexibility and willingness to change and to take on different tasks.
• Strong communication skills. Good English language skills in both writing and conversation.
