MAX Burgers is looking for a Head of HR Technology & People Analytics

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and operational execution.

As MAX’s Head of HR Technology & People Analytics, you are the Business Owner and architect behind our HR tech landscape. You’ll lead a talented HR digitalization and support team, drive innovation, and ensure our digital tools help create a workplace where people thrive, grow, and feel at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, lead, shape and evolve MAX’s HR Tech & Analytics strategy ensuring alignment with our goals.
- Lead the full lifecycle and continuous improvement of MAX’s HR products and services both strategic and operative level, from big ideas to small improvements.
- Oversee budgeting, vendor negotiations, and approval of new features.
- Lead business analysis, cross-functional project management, and change leadership by prioritizing and managing product backlogs in collaboration with internal teams and partners, while ensuring compliance with frameworks and shared ways of working.
- Ensure stable, cost-effective, and sustainable operations and delivery, keeping MAX ahead of the curve with AI-initiatives, smart integrations and focus on business value.
Your skills and experiences
- A visionary leader who empowers others and fosters a culture of collaboration and growth. Proven experience in HR Technology and People Analytics, with a strong track record in global contexts and building HR support functions.
- Strong understanding of HR Information Systems like for example, Workday, Sana, Eletive, Varbi, Visma and Quinyx, with the ability to see the bigger picture, by connecting workflows and understanding how data integration, technical architecture, and AI-driven efficiency initiatives fit together.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders and drive change leadership across organizations.
- Skilled in development methodologies and experience in presenting how digital solutions translate into effective and understandable outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions and product strategy, negotiate with external vendors, and communicate end-to-end product and service requirements.
