Quality Coordinator i Stockholm

As the Quality Coordinator, you will be the expert of customer perceived quality of the assigned product category, the consultant for the buying team in quality related questions and the speaking partner between the supply chain and buying team when there are quality related concerns or queries. To succeed in this role you’ll also need to have a great understanding of different roles within the business to be able to contribute to ARKETs goal on becoming the most production friendly brand.

Your main responsibilities would be;

• Be the expert on customers’ perceived quality of the brand through surveys, complaints, shop raids, store training, and be providing feedback to Buying Office and Production when it comes to quality related topics.
• Set quality goals and focus areas. Specify priorities in projects – summarize and follow-up.
• Share and discuss quality problems with the relevant internal departments
• Suggest, influence and support on the brand’s quality goals and focus areas.
• Run/participate in quality improvement projects.
• Be informed on the quality level of the main competitors.
• Know the trend and drive trend analysis from a quality point of view with the GPCD and GPQM.

• Has a degree in either textiles, physical, chemical, material engineering or equivalent
• Preferably have at least 2-3 years of practical experience in production quality and control for the assigned product category within the retail industry
• Deep knowledge within the field
• A problem solver at heart
• Good skills in written and verbal communication
• Structured and organized with an analytical mindset
• Good networking skills
• Customer focus/commercial thinking

If you will join ARKET in this role you will be based in Stockholm and work closely with the rest of the ARKET team based here. You will report to the Head of Production for ARKET.
Needless to say, you’ll have to travel from time to time but hopefully you see that as more of an opportunity than a burden!
