We are now looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping Kjell & Company’s brand and marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative leader who wants to make a real impact – driving relevance, preference, and profitable growth across all channels. You will lead a talented team and work cross-functionally to ensure our brand is consistent, differentiated, and commercially effective.
Assignment
As Brand & Marketing Manager, you will own and drive Kjell & Company’s brand strategy and marketing plan to create strong relevance, preference, and profitable growth. Your mission is to ensure that our brand is consistent, differentiated, and commercially effective across all channels, from long-term brand building to tactical activation.
You will lead a creative and marketing team and work cross-functionally with CRM, e-commerce, retail, and assortment to connect brand and marketing initiatives with measurable business results.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Brand & Strategy: Own and develop brand platform and guidelines. Ensure consistent communication and visual identity.
- Marketing Planning: Drive overall marketing strategy and annual activation plan. Connect brand building with commercial goals.
- Campaigns & Activation: Deliver effective campaigns and activities. Collaborate with CRM, Retail, and e-commerce for full customer journey.
- Insights & Analysis: Manage customer and market insights. Turn data into actions that strengthen brand and business performance.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Lead media and creative agency collaborations for quality and ROI.
- Leadership: Develop and inspire the team to deliver high-quality, creative work.
Your background
We are looking for someone who combines strategic brand development with commercial marketing expertise. You thrive on creating impactful strategies and turning them into measurable results.
You have:
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in marketing roles within FMCG and/or retail
- Deep knowledge of brand platforms, marketing strategy, and channel activation (digital, retail, PR)
- Proven experience in agency management and evaluation of creative ideas and media investments
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
