Campaign Manager to Kjell & Company

Assignment
As Campaign Manager, you will own and drive the end-to-end campaign process – from brief to execution – ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to spec, and aligned with Kjell & Company’s commercial and brand objectives. Your role is key to creating efficient workflows, sharp briefs, and seamless collaboration across teams, maximizing both speed and quality in production.
You will report to the Brand & Marketing Manager and work closely with CRM, e-commerce, and retail to secure impactful campaigns across all channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Briefing
Translate commercial priorities into clear creative briefs for design, copy, and media.
Process ownership
Lead the campaign production process from brief to follow-up.
Planning & coordination
Manage timelines, allocate tasks, and coordinate resources across channels (retail, e-com, CRM, social, digital signage).
Workflow optimization
Continuously improve processes, templates, and approval flows.
Collaboration
Align with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Follow-up
Evaluate campaign delivery and feed learnings back into the process.
Your background
We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You combine strong project management skills with a commercial mindset and understand how campaigns impact business results.
You have:
- Academic degree in Marketing, Communication, Project/Production Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in campaign, project, or production management.
- Proven experience working with cross-channel campaigns (retail, digital, CRM).
- Familiarity with creative production and marketing planning.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.,
Monday.com
, Asana, Trello). - Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
