Do you want to be part of building H&M globally and join a graduate program where you will start an international career from day one?
We are looking to hire a few selected candidates for our international graduate program created to develop future leaders for Global Expansion and Global Sales & Operations. If you have the drive and ambition to build H&M globally, this is the opportunity for you!
THE PROGRAM
Working across functions within Global Expansion and Global Sales & Operations you’ll gain exposure to key areas of our business and establish a network of colleagues around the world. The program starts in September 2018 and runs for 12 months. The first two months you will be based in the headquarters in Stockholm and the rest of the year you will be abroad in 1-2 of our markets rotating between two different functions. After the program you will get a position within one of the functions and continue to work outside of Sweden for at least the following three years.

In order for you to be successful in your role we believe you need to have:
· An interest in H&M and the retail business
· A degree in business or engineering
· International experience from studying, working or living in different countries
Fluency in English is required, while fluency in other languages is meriting. We also highly value the following:
· Result oriented with a strong track record
· Strong analytical skills
· Doer with a high working capacity
· A strong personality with integrity
· A humble attitude with no prestige
· Leadership potential
· A genuine interest in working abroad with flexibility regarding work location
