H&M Home is a brand within the New Business Group at H&M that currently consists of seven separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, H&M Home, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and Arket. Each brand has their own management team who sets the strategies and manages operations to ensure growth and profitability through colleagues, best customer offer, constant improvements and expansion.
As a group, we see great potential for H&M Home to become a strong player in the global interior industry and are therefore investing in further developing and building the brand and its organization. Started in 2009 we are currently present on 42 markets through 270 shop-in-shops and on 34 markets online at hm.com. In 2018 we plan to open our first own H&M Home stand-alone stores, but already fall 2017 we will open a free-standing pop-up Home store in Stockholm Biblioteksgatan in collaboration with H&M Sweden.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Sales Advisor at H&M Home comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your responsibilities include:

Provide personal credible and excellent customer service to maximize customer experience and sales on the store floor and at the cash desk

Actively work with our products (unpacking, displaying, refilling, merchandising replenishing, tidying etc) as well as be part of testing and developing new ways of working

Work with cash register routines and handle all required transactions

Unload delivery trucks and unpack merchandise

Execute reductions and price changes

Sales routines, policies and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store

Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues

Interest in and/or experience from interior design business
