About the position:

We are seeking an experienced Integration and Automation Architect to join our central IT Integration and automation Team, which is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration and automation solutions across the entire organization.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of automations, low-code integrations and CI/CD pipelines using various platforms. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and integration architects to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient automation and integration solutions.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain low-code integrations/automation using RPA, low-code integration tools/platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate, Workato, Microsoft Logic Apps etc.)
• Create end-to-end automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Identify low-code integrations and automation opportunities across business domains and drive solution proposals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automation and integration delivery processes.
• Implement best practices for automation governance, security, monitoring, and documentation.
• Establish governance for automation and low-code integrations development and operations.
• Ensure automated deployments, quality checks, and version control best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors for platform improvements, licensing, and escalations.
• Lead and mentor offshore developers.

You are an experienced integration and automation professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable, reliable solutions that simplify complex processes. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, translating needs into practical automation and integration solutions that create real impact across an organization.

You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment where you engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and you take ownership of solutions from design through implementation and continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on automation, system integrations, and CI/CD delivery.
• Hands-on experience with low-code integration platforms such as Workato (preferred), Microsoft Power Automate, or Microsoft Logic Apps.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native integration design.
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and API Management.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including automated testing, version control (Git), and pipeline development.
• Experience leading or mentoring offshore or distributed development teams.
• Fluency in English.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience with RPA platforms such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management (OAuth, Azure AD), networking fundamentals, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proficiency in Swedish.
