Pega Developer i Stockholm

In this recruitment we are looking for a PEGA application developer. CLM is building an agile value stream around our business process platform. The application is, for now, handling on-boarding, review and off-boarding of entities and is a highly prioritized system. The world of laws and regulations that affect our process is constantly changing and in addition CLM has a solid roadmap on standardizing and improve the LC&I client processes. Because of this the demands for the ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and Identify solutions is of most importance within CLM process management team. 

By this recruitment we aim to make the most out of the PEGA platform by integrating development into the ownership of the processes. We are looking for someone who to expand their knowledge in the business requirements on the application functionality. We are looking for someone that enjoys seeing concrete results of their work.

• Contribute in design and requirements discussions
• Development of application functionality
• Co-operate with Swedbank PEGA CoE, Centre of Excellence
• Support LC&I PEGA Technical Business Support

• Very good understanding in PEGA development and production setting model 
• Self-managed doer with a “everything is possible” attitude
• Strong ability of handling many and a large variety of tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• High integrity and ability to uphold high standards in regulatory demands

I am a sommelier with a law degree and started my career at Swedbank in 2005 at a local branch office in Stockholm. Before I joined LC & I, in Dec 2013, I worked as a Fraud Investigator and before that as Client Executive.

In the team we have many different sayings, depending on the mood of the day, one of them are “no guts no glory”. I have high expectations, of myself and also of my team. I want the team to be curious, to speak their mind, to have fun, to deliver, to question the purpose of what they are doing, and of course, to be open, simple and caring during the day to day work.
