Division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems to all the stores of the H&M Group. The store is the heart of our business. To stay competitive, to expand and to provide the best customer

offer the need of efficient IT-solutions is greater than ever.

We are now on the search for a Rollout Coordinator to participate in leading and securing the continuous rollout of releases on our payment solutions (POS) in H&M stores worldwide. Your work includes planning and coordinating all activities needed to secure a successful roll out of our POS system releases in each country. You will be the spider in the net with several points of contact where flexibility, drive and communication skills are of essence.

You like building relationships and making connections and enjoy being in the middle of things. Furthermore, you easily familiarize yourself with problems and challenges and work on finding solutions.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Rollout Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

- Plan and coordinate all activities in our roll out of our POS system

- Set up and drive workshops and meetings with the country project team, principal suppliers as well as other key persons

- Cooperate with and update the key contributors such as principal suppliers and internal project teams

- Execute risk analysis workshops and plan for mitigation where needed

- Create and update communication plans when needed

- Plan and coordinate potential hotfixes/releases that needs to be implemented during rollout

- Keep track of incidents and problems that may occur during the rollout phase to secure a stable handover

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. 

And your skills include:

- BSc or MSc degree within IT, Business or relevant field

- Previous experience of project management and/or release/roll-out coordination of IT solutions

- Experience of working with different nationalities and cultures

- Interest in and good skills in facilitating workshop

- Experience of working with external suppliers

- Experience from working in retail is an advantage

- Excellent communication skills

- Very good Swedish and English skills
