Strategic, innovative and business oriented HR Business Partner to H&M Online Sales i Stockholm

You will join a HR team with high ambitions and passion for our e-commerce business. Together with the HR Manager and the HR team, including other HR Business Partners and Recruitment team, you will contribute to business growth and be part of setting the HR strategy according to the business needs.

Your responsibilities

As HR Business Partner, you will actively contribute by working closely in partnership with our business leaders in the dedicated global function you will be supporting. You will be accountable for the HR agenda and HR goals being implemented and anchored in the business. You will work both strategically and operationally, to ensure that our HR strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way.

The assignment will include:

• Work actively in partnership with the functional management team adding value to business by securing HR strategy and translate business needs in HR solutions and actions 
• Influence and motivate our business leaders to continuously develop a value and vision driven leadership according to H&M’s leadership expectations
• Supporting competence development and ensure competence building, talent management and succession planning according to business needs and our goals
• Driving and supporting change on both a business and organizational level
• Being a strong role model and ambassador for H&M values and culture
• Taking part in and leading different HR projects within our Online Sales and globally at H&M according to HR goals and our HR processes
• Responsibility for employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations

We are looking for a strategic, innovative and business oriented HR Business Partner with a positive, agile and pragmatic approach. As a person, you are value driven with strong drive for constant improvements where you see possibilities and a better way forward, yet open-minded and humble.  You are communicative, and have a strong belief in the individual´s potential and their ability to grow and develop.

To be successful in this role we, we also believe you have the following qualifications:

• Documented HR Business Partner experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience adding value to business preferably from retail, e- com industry or other growth customer focused companies
• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Proven experience of creating and implementing strategic plans and follow-ups within HR processes
• Ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions
• Change management skills with experience of identifying and managing need for business change in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture and value focus
• Experience of coaching a vision and value driven leadership and ability to build trustful relations
• Strong skills and experience within Swedish labor law, employee relations, work environment as well as union negotiations (MBL)
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

This is a full-time position starting during spring 2018 located at our head office in the city center Stockholm, Sweden.
