Software Engineer - Card Authorization Systems i Sundbyberg

You will, together with the team, be involved in both development and maintenance activities with focus in development. Base24 performs card transactions processing, authorization and switching functions for Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Denmark and Norway. The system processes millions of card transaction authorizations daily and at peak time over 420 transactions per second. Our authorization system Base24 is developed in TAL and Cobol in a HP Nonstop environment.

In this role you will interact with Business stakeholders, other Developers and Architects.

You are a committed Software Engineer with experience of Card Authorization Systems and/or have a good grip of the HP Nonstop/Tandem. As a person you need to be a team player, driven and flexible who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are an analytical, structured, creative problem solver and are motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities.

• You understand or have some experience in Tal or other structured programming languages
• Preferably you have experience from HP Nonstop environment
• Experience from Agile way of working
• A Degree in IT/Software development
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
