Process Architect i Stockholm

Om tjänsten

Do you want to be a driver in getting better control of our complete IT delivery?

We want to strengthen our process development capacity and are searching for a senior Process Architect to the process development team within Service Transition and Control within our Infrastructure & Operations division.

The importance of the section as a central hub is growing, as today's advanced sourcing mix and multivendor based delivery model requires strong process governance and support to ensure maximum efficiency and stability in our IT deliveries to business. You will work in an area that has global process ownership and a global delivery responsibility for a number of processes.

You will primarily take a responsibility within our global Change Management and Release & Deployment Management processes but you will also be a leader for other processes areas when it comes to driving implementations, establishing KPI:s and reports/dashboards in our ITSM system.

As Process Architect you are responsible for process design as well as implementation of the process within the IT business and for coordinating requirements on tool support for the process (such as requirements to our ITSM system ServiceNow).

To succeed in this role we believe you are a person who is experienced in implementing and optimizing cross functional processes and standardized ways of working. You have broad experience of the ITIL processes, and a deep understanding of the Change Management and Release Management processes.

You are good at visualizing benefits of the processes and describe their value to the business, and you know how to use KPI:s and reports as enablers when implementing the processes and motivating the stakeholders. You also have the ability to document and develop processes independently. You are able to work structured and methodically in a dynamic environment with high pace and constant changes.
